Undeterred, Amb. Phil Roberts Continues His Free Music Master Class; Invites A Canadian Facilitator Hours after Bandits Attack

As the scripture says… Being cast down but not destroyed, Amb.Phil Roberts has promised young musicians and music lovers in the city of Abuja that the ABUJA MUSIC MASTER CLASS which started last week Friday on a high note will still continue this Friday (14 February, 2020) as planned.

Speaking with our news team today, he told us that he knows that this unfair incident was just to try his faith in his decision to support and train young musicians for free and at no cost. He went on further to tell us that the music master class will also have mentorship sections as he has already made an arrangement with his friends in the AFRICAN UNION (AU).

He had this to say:

‘I am from the Niger delta and above all I am born of God so we don’t give up. If I start a project I will finish it to its fullness no matter what happens. So This Friday at the Abuja Music master class, we will be having a Guest Lecturer from Canada in the person of Dr Macaulay who is the president of the African 6regions in the AU and we will also have a talent hunt with Free recording for the winner. The time is 3pm prompt. We also have a lot of great guys billed for this project as seen on the flier’.

It will be recalled that Amb. Phil Roberts, a gospel music minister and media veteran, was attacked by armed bandits in his Abuja residence in the early hours of yesterday 12 February, 2020. Read the full story here
